Dear Library User,
Library users are served at all departments and branch libraries of Narva Central Library upon presentation of a library card or an Estonian ID card.
Library materials may be borrowed for 21 days.
The loan period may be renewed up to three times by calling the library, using the online renewal service on the library's website, or through the RIKS self-service portal, provided that the item has not been reserved by another library user. The library also sends email reminders before the due date.
If borrowed materials are not returned by the due date, an overdue fine will be charged.
The overdue fine is €0.01 per item per day.
Please note: Overdue fines are waived for all returned items on the first Monday of every month.
Library users are responsible for all borrowed materials. If an item is lost or damaged, please notify a librarian as soon as possible.
