You can register as a member of Narva Central Library at the following locations:

Before registering, please read the rules for using Narva Central Library.
To register, you must present a valid identification document with your personal identification code and photograph.
Upon registration, you will receive a library card, which is valid at all departments and branch libraries of Narva Central Library. An Estonian ID card may also be used instead of a library card.
Library Card Fees
Adults: €1.50
Replacement of a lost or damaged card: €2.00
Children and pensioners: €0.80
Replacement of a lost or damaged card: €1.20
Children from large families: Free of charge
