If an item in the Online Catalogue has the status “Available”, you can request it for collection from the reservation shelf or Book Locker. Once you receive confirmation from the library, you can collect the requested item.

The Book Locker is located near Narva Central Library and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is particularly convenient for library users who are unable to visit the library during opening hours. You can collect and return library materials using the Book Locker at a time that is convenient for you.

Sheet Music and Vinyl Records
The Art Department offers sheet music, vinyl records, audio recordings, and video cassettes for borrowing.
The loan period for sheet music, records, audio recordings, and video recordings is 21 days.
Age restrictions apply when borrowing video materials in accordance with the age ratings assigned to individual films.
Home Delivery Service
The Home Delivery Service provides library materials directly to the homes of Narva residents whose health or mobility prevents them from visiting the library.
